and Laojie in Longzhou (China)
The pairs of twinning localities between Cao Bang
and its neighbor, Chinese border province, has been increased to 12 since 2012.
Among them, there is one pair of twinning communes (Hung Quoc town, known as
Tra Linh now, in Vietnam, and Longbang in Jingxi, Quangxi Zhuang Autonomous
Region, China). And there are 11 pairs of twinning villages (2 villages of Phuc
Hoa district, known as Quang Hoa now, in Vietnam and 2 villages of Longzhou in
China; 4 villages of Ha Lang district and 4 villages of Longzhou and Daxin,
China; 2 villages of Trung Khanh, Vietnam and 2 villages of Jingxi city, China;
1 village of Ha Quang, Vietnam and 1 village of Jingxi city, China; 1 village
of Thach An, Vietnam and 1 village of Longzhou, China; 1 village of Bao Lac,
Vietnam and 1 village of Napo, China).
Regarding the signed contents, the two sides have
carried out 65 sessions of exchange, talks and legal exchange of the Party, the
State of both Vietnam and China; 6 sessions of economic development experience,
educating people not to violate the border regulations; 3 sessions of cultural
and sport exchange with 65 participants; 3 times of exchanging information on
security and order in border areas.
