32nd Diplomatic Conference opens in Hanoi

The opening ceremony of the 32nd Diplomatic Conference, with the theme Promoting the pioneering role, building a comprehensive, modern, strong diplomacy, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, took place on the morning of December 19 in Hanoi.
