Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on December 20 chaired a conference with ambassadors and heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad to review the economic diplomacy work in 2024. The conference was held in a hybrid format, connecting the Government headquarters with Vietnamese representative offices abroad and the Peoples Committees of centrally-run cities and provinces nationwide. Participants at Cao Bang’s venue were Mr. Trinh Truong Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee; leaders of relevant departments and branches.

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) of Korea and the Peoples Committees of the two provinces of Cao Bang and Bac Kan on December 18 signed the minutes of the Project for “Supporting Green Circular Economy through Agricultural Value Chain Improvement in Northern Viet Nam in Cao Bang and Bac Kan. The closing session of the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network (APGN-8) Symposium took place on the afternoon of September 15 in Cao Bang province, ending a positive and effective working week.

On the morning of September 9 at the Cao Bang Provincial Conference Centre, the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network (APGN) Symposium 2024 with the theme Local/indigenous people and sustainable development in Geoparks was officially opened. The event attracted more than 800 domestic and international participants.
