Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Trieu Dinh Le expressed his warm welcome to the delegation of the Party Committee of Napo district (China's Guangxi) and noted that Cao Bang and Guangxi in general, Ha Quang and Napo in particular have the traditional neighbouring friendship as both comrades and brothers. He expressed his appreciation and congratulations to the strong development in all aspects in recent years of Napo district. The relationship between Ha Quang and Napo is increasingly developing through many exchanges and coordination, which has strengthened the friendship and cooperation in many fields between the two sides. The relationship of the two districts has made an important contribution to the overall development of the friendly relationship between Cao Bang and Guangxi in particular, between the two Parties and countries of Vietnam and China in general, said the Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Council.

The Secretary of the district Party Committee Ban Fulin expressed his thanks to the Leadership of Cao Bang province for the warm welcome and affirmed that Napo and Ha Quang are connected by mountains and rivers. He also expressed his joy at the rapid and outstanding development of Cao Bang as it was his fourth visit to Cao Bang province. He expressed his hope that the two localities would have more opportunities to cooperate in economics, culture, tourism, sports, etc., contributing to strengthening the friendship between the two sides as well as improving the lives of people on both sides of the border.
